All products sold on Clic Pattern are digital PDF sewing patterns delivered via instant download. No physical products are sold or shipped.
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colors, scale, or appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, or printer settings.
Product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase a digital product. Orders are considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed.
Once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded, the sale is final and cannot be canceled.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You agree that products are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
SECTION 5 – DIGITAL DELIVERY (NO SHIPPING)
All products are delivered electronically as digital PDF files after successful payment.
No physical items are shipped, and no shipping carriers are involved. Traditional shipping timelines and delivery risks do not apply.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on the Services, including sewing patterns, text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Clic Pattern and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased digital products for personal use only. Any reproduction, distribution, resale, or sharing is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools which are offered “as is” and “as available”. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for these tools.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Clic Pattern is powered by Shopify. Any purchases made through this store are made directly with Clic Pattern, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Clic Pattern.
